L'autocampionatore serie Titralab AS1000 è uno scambiatore di campioni automatico utilizzato nei laboratori analitici in abbinamento ai titolatori serie AT1000. L'AS1000 è disponibile in quattro configurazioni con diverse capacità del vassoio che sostiene i becher con i campioni. Il modulo girevole ruota il vassoio per cambiare la posizione del campione mentre il modulo di sollevamento muove i sensori e le provette su e giù in ciascun campione. L'AS1000 assicura l'agitazione automatica dei campioni grazie all'agitatore magnetico integrato e il risciacquo delle sonde tra le analisi dei campioni grazie alle posizioni di risciacquo dedicate. Il sistema serie AT1000/serie AS1000 è totalmente controllato da PC con il software TM1000 per automatizzare le serie di analisi di campioni. Il sistema archivia i risultati, gestendo una vasta gamma di applicazioni per campioni acquosi, quali pH/conducibilità/alcalinità e durezza dell'acqua, contenuto di cloruri in prodotti alimentari, pH/acidità di vino e succhi, SO2 libera e totale nel vino.

Il modulo girevole ruota il vassoio per cambiare la posizione del campione mentre il modulo di sollevamento muove i sensori e le provette su e giù in ciascun campione. Vassoi portacampioni a raggio singolo per un massimo di 30 campioni.
