A posti indipendenti adatti per distillazione ed ossidazione, studiati specificatamente per una facile manovra di passaggio dall'una all'altra delle due funzioni, basta esercitare sul pallone una leggera pressione verso il basso per poter istantaneamente passare dalla distillazione all'ossidazione e viceversa.
La regolazione della temperatura avviene con dei termoregolatori bi-metallici con scala numerata.
La temperatura massima raggiungibile e' di circa 450 C, adatta quindi per il processo di ossidazione; per lavorare in distillazione e' sufficiente posizionare la manopola dei termoregolatori sui C desiderati.
Gli strumenti vengono forniti completi di pinze per giunti sferici, fermi per il fissaggio dei camini, porta palloni e due tubi per il passaggio dell'acqua di raffreddamento.
