Strutture esterne atermiche e antiurto in ABS, mentre il modello da 50 lt. ha una struttura esterna in lamiera acciaio verniciata a forno con polvere epossidica antiacida.
Le vasche di contenimento sono realizzate in lamiera dacciaio inox 18/8, stampata in un pezzo unico.
L'isolamento termico è garantito da uno strato di fibra di vetro e lana di roccia.
La regolazione e il controllo della temperatura avviene attraverso un termoregolatore digitale ad azione PID con sonda PT100
Lo strumento è provvisto di un termostato di sicurezza a ripristino manuale con spia di allarme a luce rossa.
