Strutture esterne atermiche e antiurto in ABS, mentre per il modello da 50 lt. struttura esterna in acciaio, le vasche di contenimento sono realizzate in lamiera dacciaio inox 18/8, stampata in un pezzo unico.
L'isolamento termico è garantito da uno strato di fibra di vetro e lana di roccia.
La regolazione e il controllo della temperatura avviene attraverso un termostato con scala graduata in °C e di una sonda ad espansione di fluido.
Lo strumento è provvisto di un termostato di sicurezza a ripristino manuale con spia di allarme a luce rossa.
